Medical Program Pre-requisite account registration and activation

Biom Education will enrol you in the Cells1x Course on edX edge.

Once the Biom Education team has enrolled you in the course, you will receive an automatically generated email* from no-reply@registration.edx.org telling you that you have been invited to join the course:

In order to access the Cells1x online user platform, you will need to create a user account with edX edge. 
To do this, follow the instructions in the email and fill in your details on the edX edge registration page: 

Note: If you have previously undertaken online courses using the edX edge platform, you will already have an edX edge account and will not be required to create a new one.

Once you have registered for an edX edge account, you will receive another automatically generated email^ from no-reply@registration.edx.org confirming this registration. This email will contain a link to activate your account.

Click on this link to navigate to your edX edge Welcome Page (Dashboard), from where you can access all your course materials.

If this is the first time you are creating an edx edge account then you may see your Dashboard with your username on the top right and a message saying ‘You are not enrolled in any courses yet:

This will update with your course information once you have confirmed your enrolment(s) by following the steps in the edX edge Enrolment Confirmation Instruction Guide that has been emailed to you. See example below:
